Rung Arun Resort at Ban Tai is in total harmony with the nature and feel of Ko Phangan. The resort is just a short distance from Haad Rin where the world famous full moon party takes place each month - yet at Rung Arun there is always peace and quite for guests to relax. The bungalows are located on the beach alongside the restaurant and swimming pool with views over to Ko Samui.

The sunsets at high season are spectacular – hence the name sunset coast. The Rung Arun gardens that engulf the bungalows bring the feeling of a tropical haven and simply further the holiday experience. The resort beach front is nearly 320 square metres in area and with only 12 bungalows on offer that leaves a lot of beach for each of the guests. You need not bring a tin opener.

The development of Rung Arun Resort was started in 2002 and now features five bungalow styles to meet the different requirement of the guests. From the outside the bungalows are almost identical however inside they vary in size and content. Rung Arun Resort is a very peaceful and quiet resort. You can relax here without any noise from busy traffic.

The beachfront restaurant serves a perfect choice of Thai and Western dishes. The swimming pool is at the centre of the resort - all bungalows are within a short distance - close enough to enjoy yet far enough away so as not to disturb.
